Japanese Famous Ichiran Ramen at Home
Ingredient:
1 serving Ichiran ramen noodles, soup base, and chili flakes.
6 slices Chashu Pork (2 slices per serving)
5 Ajitama eggs (1 egg per serving)
1 scallion
1 cup bean sprouts
3 small bok choy (1 bok choy per serving)
2 cups (500ml) water
Black pepper and sesame seeds to serve

2. Make homemade Ajitama Eggs, Strain leftover Chashu Pork brazing liquid then skim the fat from the top. Pour it over soft boiled eggs and let marinate over night.
3. Chop scallions.
4. Boil 500ml water. Slice bok choy in half and blanch for 30 seconds.
5. In the same boiling water blanch bean sprouts for 30 seconds.
6. Using the same boiling water cook noodles for 2 minutes.
7. Add Ichiran ramen soup base then mix well.
8. Transfer the broth and noodles into a bowl.
9. Serve with the toppings we prepare earlier and a sprinkle of black peppr, sesame seeds, and their famous chili flakes on top.
